This Privacy Policy explains how Availubl ("Availubl", "we", "our", or "us"), operating the website at https://availubl.com and the Availubl mobile and web applications (together, the "Service"), collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information about you. 4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these limited circumstances:

5. AI-Assisted Meeting Preparation

When you request a meeting brief, the booking title, guest name and email, and notes you or the guest provided are sent to Google's Gemini API through our secured backend to generate an agenda and talking points. This content is used only to return the brief to you; we do not send your Google Calendar data to the AI service, and we do not use your content to train generalized AI models.

6. Data Storage, Security and Retention

Data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore in the United States. Access is controlled by role-based Firestore Security Rules and Firebase ID-token verification on our backend. All traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS. Google OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored in a private, owner-only subcollection that is never publicly readable. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply industry-standard safeguards and review them regularly.

We keep your account, scheduling configuration and booking records for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your profile, event types, availability settings, stored calendar tokens and associated booking records from our active systems, and they are removed from backups within a reasonable period (generally within 30 days), unless we must retain limited records to comply with legal obligations.

7. Your Choices and Rights

8. Cookies and Analytics

The marketing website uses no advertising cookies. The web app uses only the browser storage necessary for sign-in sessions and preferences such as light/dark theme. We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash diagnostics in the mobile apps.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable law requires), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International Users

Availubl is operated from the United States, and your information is processed and stored there. By using the Service you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection laws than your country.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version at https://availubl.com/privacy.html with a revised effective date and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the update.
