1. Description of Services

Availubl provides cross-platform appointment scheduling, real-time availability calculation, calendar synchronization, video conference integration (e.g., Google Meet), and automated meeting briefings for professionals and organizations.

2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

When creating an account or using our scheduling services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your authentication credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• Refrain from using the Services for unlawful purposes, spam generation, mass unsolicited calendar invitations, or scraping.

3. Third-Party Calendar Integrations

You may choose to connect external calendar accounts (such as Google Calendar). By authorizing this connection, you grant Availubl permission to query your calendar free/busy schedules to calculate meeting openings and to create events on your behalf. You may disconnect or revoke permissions at any time through your account settings or your calendar provider's security controls.

4. Acceptable Use and System Integrity

You agree not to:

• Interfere with, disrupt, or burden the infrastructure or network connections supporting the Services.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass security rules protecting Firestore databases or Cloud Run APIs.
• Abuse single-use VIP reservation links or bypass rate limits placed on scheduling endpoints.

5. Account Termination and Data Deletion

You have the right to terminate your account at any time. When you use the "Delete Account & Purge Data" feature in your settings, your personal identity, event types, calendar tokens, and booking records are permanently deleted from our servers in compliance with data protection laws.

6. Intellectual Property

The Availubl name, logo, software designs, code, and graphical assets are the proprietary property of Availubl and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, CONTINUOUSLY AVAILABLE, OR FREE OF SCHEDULING CONFLICTS ARISING FROM EXTERNAL THIRD-PARTY CALENDAR DISCREPANCIES.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AVAILUBL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM MISSED MEETINGS, LOSS OF DATA, OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

9. Governing Law and Updates

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. We reserve the right to modify these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services following posted updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
